This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply regardless of any store policy.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Faulty or Damaged Goods Only)
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products that are received damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an assessment.
We may require photographic evidence and/or return of the product for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.
If a Major Failure is Confirmed
You may choose between:
A full refund, or
A replacement product (subject to availability).
If the Failure is Minor
We may choose to:
Repair the product,
Replace the product, or
Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
If a refund is approved for reasons other than a major failure, shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping) are non-refundable.
Where free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, the actual shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is deemed to have a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
This includes incorrect selection, finding the product cheaper elsewhere, or deciding the product is no longer required.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
Health & Hygiene Products
Due to hygiene and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
Pillows
Quilts
Underlays
Bed toppers
Mattresses
Pillow protectors
If these products are faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will apply.
Return Eligibility & Assessment
Where a return is approved, items must be returned:
Unused and in original condition (unless faulty),
With original packaging and labelling intact,
With proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the product has been misused, damaged due to improper handling, or not used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
