You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the problem is minor and can be fixed within a reasonable time.
These rights apply regardless of any store policy.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged:
Please contact us as soon as possible with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the fault
We will assess the issue promptly.
Once confirmed, you may choose:
A replacement, or
A refund (if you prefer)
If a replacement is not available, you may choose either:
A refund, or
A store credit (your choice)
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
The item must be:
Unused
In original condition
With original tags and packaging
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns do not apply to:
Sale / clearance items
Custom-made or special-order products
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
Return Process
Email us at [your email address] with your order number and photos (if faulty)
We will provide return instructions
Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed
Processing Time
Replacements are dispatched as soon as possible after assessment
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after return approval
Banks may take additional time to show funds in your account
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for damage caused by misuse, washing, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings; this is not considered a fault.
